"I signed with GradBnB my first year in Providence, and I have renewed my lease twice more after that. Their properties are fully furnished and newly renovated. The landlord is also responsive - whenever there's an issue I can submit a maintenance request online, which is convenient. After searching for housing in Providence with similar perks, it does not seem like I can get any better deal. There surely are a lot of cheaper accommodation options, but considering that GradBnB provides fully furnished houses, in my opinion, GradBnB offers a great package for the money.
