Move-In Instructions
Please take pictures of your unit and fill out the Condition Statement to let us know of any damage or problems with your apartment, and return the form and pictures via email to me within 15 days. Please keep a copy of the Condition Statement for your records. We will use the Condition Statement at the end of your tenancy to determine any changes in the condition of your room and the apartment.
